OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products world wide, discrete as possible. We ask that you allow us up to 7 days to process your order, we strive to have orders processed well before then. We ship via USPS and offer Standard First Class Shipping, Priority Shipping, Priority Express for both domestic and international. We can accommodate other shipping carriers upon request. Priority and Priority Express come with insurance, this will cover losses (sometimes theft) and damaged goods up to $50, insured amount can be increased upon request. We recommend priority.
Once your order is in the hands of USPS here are the general time frames (circumstances may change these estimated shipping times)
Standard First Class - 3-5 days
Priority - 1-3 days
Priority Express - Overnight to most - 2 days
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing order, if it's incorrect, please contact us right away to revise it. If a shipment gets returned, we will notify you and request an additional shipping fee. If we do not receive a response with 72 hours we will refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee.
We suggest priority shipping, this means your order will be insured if there is any mishaps within the USPS system.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation refunds may be requested within 12 hours of placing an order.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If for any reason you've encountered an issue with your order please contact us to offer a solution.
If you encounter any issue with your order you must contact us with 72 hours of item being delivered. Anytime after that we wil assume all was well with your order.
